Syllabus
<p>Principal and agent — Account—Consignment—Evidence.</p> <p>On a bill in equity for an account of the proceeds of the sale of certain pianos alleged by the plaintiffs to have been consigned to the defendants, and alleged by the defendants to have been sold to them, the Supreme Court will not reverse a finding of the lower court based upon sufficient evidence, though contradicted, that the pianos were consigned and not sold to the defendants.</p>
