The Petitioner, Jimmy Heard, appeals the Johnson County Criminal Court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, contesting his transfer from Tennessee to Kentucky for trial. On appeal, we conclude that the habeas corpus court properly denied the petition.
