JIMENEZ, 21 I&N Dec. 567 (BIA 1996) ID 3291 (PDF) A waiver of inadmissibility under section 212(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1182(c) (1994), is not available to waive an alien's deportability under section 241(a)(3)(B)(iii) of the Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(3)(B)(iii) (1994), as an alien convicted of a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1546 (1994), because there is no comparable statutory counterpart to sec-tion 241(a)(3)(B)(iii) among the various grounds for exclusion enumerated in section 212(a) of the Act.
