Syllabus

<p>Attachment for contempt — practice; Injunctions — practice.</p> <p>1. A person cannot be punished for the performance of an act which is prohibited by an order or decree of the court which has never been published.</p> <p>2. To enjoin or restrain a party from committing an act which in itself would not be injurious to the party complaining, would be an improper exercise of this extraordinary power of this court.</p> <p>3. On attachment for contempt for not obeying 'an injunction, where the evidence on both sides is so strong and irreconcilable as to raise a grave doubt, the rule will be discharged.</p>
