In this appeal from an order denying his petition for postconviction relief, appellant Jermaine Edward Harris argues the district court abused its discretion when it denied his petition without an evidentiary hearing and determined that his claims did not satisfy any exception to the two-year statutory time bar under Minn. Stat. § 590.01, subd. 4 (2022). We affirm.
