<p>1. Injunction — Dissolution on Bond — Discretion oj? Court.</p> <p>In ^general the district court is vested with large discretion in matter of dissolving an injunction on bond. Code Prac. art. 307.</p> <p>[Ed. Note. — For cases in point, see vol. 27, Cent. Dig. Injunction, § 347.]</p> <p>2. Same — Determining oe Right to Possession.</p> <p>After full hearing, by final decree it will be determined who is entitled to the possession of the property.</p> <p>3. Same — Finding on Court.</p> <p>The district court found that the defendant is in possession of the immovable.</p> <p>4. Same — Indemnity Bond.</p> <p>The status quo will be maintained until final hearing on the merits; the plaintiff being protected by bond to satisfy the decree that may be rendered.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
