Syllabus
<p>1. Judgment.—Neither the title or possession of land can be affected by a judgment, as against one in possession claiming title, who was not made a party to the proceeding in which the judgment was rendered.</p> <p>2. Same—Injunction.— See this case for facts authorizing a writ of injunction to restrain the execution of a writ of possession against one not a party to the proceeding in which the judgment was rendered.</p>
