<p>Charge of court — Evidence.</p> <p>There is no reversible error in a case where the trial court in its charge recites the testimony for the plaintiff more fully than for the defendants, if the substance of the testimony for both parties is stated impartially and where, if errors were committed in the admission or rejection of the testimony, the appellants profited by them.</p>
