<p>Under Const., Art. 5, §§ 10, 25, providing- that no person shall be eligible to the office of judge unless he be learned in the law, a person, when olected to the office of county judge, must be either admitted, or entitled to be admitted, without examination, to practice as an attorney at law in the state.</p>
