Syllabus

<p>1. Collision — Appeal—Decision—Review.</p> <p>Where, in an action for damages for collision at sea, the trial judge had the opportunity of seeing the witnesses and determining their credibility from their manner and appearance, his decision will not be reversed on appeal unless it clearly appears to be contrary to the evidence.</p> <p>¶1.
