Syllabus

<p>1. Magistrate. — FnsrorfTGS by Circuit Court on appeal from magistrate are conclusive on this Court when there is any evidence to support them.</p> <p>2. Freight. — Carrier is liable for loss of freight and penalty under 24 Stat., 81, whether goods were lost by conversion or otherwise. »</p> <p>3. Magistrate. — Circuit Judge may order case returned to magistrate to take further proceedings to render judgment effective in law case, after affirming magistrate judgment.</p>
