<p>APPEAL — RECORD — AFFIDAVITS.</p> <p>An order of the trial court based upon affidavits filed in the cause will not be reviewed on appeal, unless the affidavits are incorporated in a statement of facts, which has been settled by the judge of the trial court.</p>
