<p>VERDICT — WHEN SUPPORTED BY EVIDENCE WILL BE SUSTAINED.</p> <p>When the majority of the members of the appellate court are of the opinion that a verdict and judgment appealed from is sustained by the evidence, and the record shows that certain maps .and plats were used in evidence at the trial that are not contained in the record, and that may have exhibited circum■stanoes to sustain the jury’s view, and there ai-e no other reversible errors in the record, the judgment appealed from will be affirmed.</p>
