Ejection of passenger.</p> <p>A railroad company has the right to eject a person from its train who has neither a ticket nor the money to pay fare, but the right must be properly exercised.</p> <p>2. Same. Case. Circumstances ivrongful.</p> <p>The ejection from a passenger train for nonpayment of fare of a woman, who, on taking passage, honestly, but mistakenly, believed she had the money to make such payment, and makes known the facts, is wrongful when such ejection takes place in a swamp, remote from human habitation, on a dark, cold and rainy night.</p>
