Raieroads — Passenger—Burden oe Proof. — The Presumption is that a person on board of a passenger train is a passenger and not a trespasser, and the burden of showing he is a trespasser is on the carrier.</p> <p>2. Ibid.- — Ibid.—-Nonsuit.—There being facts here tending to show that plaintiff was a passenger and not a trespasser, nonsuit was improper.</p>
