In this civil matter, William S. Irvin, as the personal representative for the estate of his brother Jonathan E. Irvin (Decedent), appeals the circuit court's orders (1) granting summary judgment to Mitchell D. Rabon, Jr. on Irvin's negligence claim arising from the accident that led to Decedent's death and (2) denying Irvin's motion for reconsideration. We affirm.
