Under the agreed facts in this ease the plaintiff was a foreign corporation, and at the time of the rendition of the judgment in the court below was “doing business in the state of Kansas” and was not entitled to maintain any action in the courts thereof by reason of its failure to comply with the corporation la,ws of the state.</p>
