Syllabus

<p>Appeal — Decisions Appealable — Jubsment—Premature Appeal. An appeal will be dismissed as premature where it was taken by oral notice, immediately upon denying defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, before entry of judgment upon the verdict either by the clerk or judge, and before disposal of plaintiff’s motion for a new trial.</p>
