If, based on a parent's voluntary consent to an adoption, a district court transfers custody of a child to the Minnesota Commissioner of Human Services under Minn. Stat. § 260C.515, subd. 3 (2022), a fraud-based motion to revoke that consent to adoption is governed by the 90-day deadline in Minn. R. Juv. Prot. P. 22.02, not the six-year statute of limitations for fraud under Minn. Stat. § 541.05, subd. 1(6) (2022). Affirmed motion denied.
