Syllabus

The trial court's decision to terminate appellants' parental rights was supported by the manifest weight of the evidence. Clear and convincing evidence supported the trial court's findings that the children cannot be placed with either parent in a reasonable time or should not be placed with either parent and that awarding permanent custody to the children services agency was in the children's best interests.
