<p>Bankruptcy — Exemptions—Property Obtained by Fraud.</p> <p>The persona] property exemption allowed to a debtor by the law of North Carolina cannot be claimed by a bankrupt out of a stock of goods which he obtained by fraud by falsely representing himself as agent.</p>
