<p>After a decree by the Supreme Court, reversing the court below and directing the issuance of a preliminary injunction restraining a natural-gas company from shutting off the supply of gas to a consumer, a man-damns will not be awarded requiring the court below to extend the effect of the injunction to the sheriff, to prevent the latter from proceeding with a creditor’s execution against the defendant company.</p>
