Relator's request for writ of mandamus was denied as moot where respondent ruled on pending motions to reinstate bond in an underlying criminal case. A second request for relief in mandamus was also dismissed where the requested relief, to order respondent to make the relator bailable (i.e. to reinstate bond), was not subject to relief in mandamus because respondent had discretion to revoke relator's bond after violating conditions of his release.
