<p>Appeals — Oerliorari—Review—Adjustment of indebtedness between school districts.</p> <p>No right of appeal is given in proceedings for the adjustment of indebtedness between two school districts, one of which has been formed from the other. The certiorari brings up for review nothing but the regularity of the proceedings in the court below.</p>
