In Re: The Rules of Civil Procedure; Disposition: On the Court's own motion, the June 8, 2026 En Banc Order No. 262916 is withdrawn and this order is substituted therefor. Upon consideration of the Motion to Amend M.R.C.P. 81 filed by the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules, the subsequent posted comments, and input from the Conference of Chancery Judges, Rules 4 and 81; titles to Forms 1D and 1DD; and Rule 1.08 of the Uniform Chancery Court Rules are amended as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. The amendments in the attached Exhibit A shall be effective July 1, 2026. All Justices Agree. Order entered 6/18/26.
