<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>Where a family meeting has recommended a person for appointment as tutor, and while proceedings for the homologation of said family meeting are pending, an application for the holding of a second family meeting to recommend the appointment of a tutor and an order on said application, are null and void.</p>
