In re the Marriage of: David Gordon Wingad v. Janet Marie Wingad

Syllabus

Appellant argues that the district court improperly modified a final property division and abused its discretion in finding her in contempt of court. Because appellant did not show that she was prejudiced by any modification to the final property division, we affirm in part. But because the district court did not follow the proper procedure in making its contempt finding, we reverse in part, and remand.
