In re the Marriage of: Andrew Michael Larson v. Julie Christine Larson

Andrew Michael Larson moved to modify the amount of child support he pays to his former wife, Julie Christine Larson. The district court granted his motion but increased the amount of his monthly payment. We conclude that the district court clearly erred in its finding of Andrew's gross income and, consequently, erred in its calculation of the amount of child support. We also conclude that the district court did not err in its rulings on two other motions filed by Andrew. Therefore, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
