Permanent custody R.C. 2151.414(B)(1) clear and convincing evidence best interest abuse of discretion. - Trial court did not abuse its discretion in awarding permanent custody of dependent child to the children's services agency where there was clear and convincing evidence to support the trial court's findings under R.C. 2151.414(B)(1) that the child could not be placed with either parent or should not be placed with either parent and that permanent custody was in the child's best interest.
