Syllabus

The juvenile court did not err by dismissing appellant's motion for custody pursuant to the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act as codified under R.C. Chapter 3127 upon finding it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to rule the complaint where the child's \home state\ was Nevada, not Ohio, as that term is defined by R.C. 3127.01(B)(7).
