Syllabus

The juvenile court did not err when it granted Franklin County Children Services' motion for permanent custody. Clear and convincing evidence supported both the juvenile court's finding, pursuant to R.C. 2151.414(B)(1)(d), that appellant's minor child had been in the temporary custody of the agency for 12 or more months of a consecutive 22-month period, and the finding that termination of parental rights was in the best interest of the child, in accordance with R.C 2151.414(D)(2). Judgment affirmed
