Syllabus

Juvenile court did not err in denying appellant's motion to withdraw his no contest plea where the totality of the circumstances demonstrated the juvenile made a valid waiver of his right to counsel and the juvenile subjectively understood the implications of his plea. As the record demonstrated the plea was made knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily, the juvenile court did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion without holding a hearing.
