<p>CONSTITUTIONAL LAW — Governmental Powers — Encroachment on Judiciary. Section 266, Comp. Laws 1909, in so far as it prohibits a disbarment of an attorney for acts involving moral turpitude, disconnected with his professional 0r official duty as an attorney, until after conviction therefor, is not violative of the provisions of the Constitution vesting in the various courts of the state the judicial power of the state, and prohibiting the exercise by one of the three great departments of the government of the power properly belonging to the other departments.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
