<p>Receiveb—Appeal—Stay—Ihsolvenct.—In an involuntary proceeding against an insolvent a receiver was appointed, and afterwards an appeal was taken from an order adjudicating him an insolvent.</p> <p>Held, That the functions of the receiver were not suspended during the appeal.</p>
