Syllabus

Neglected child; R.C. 2151.03(A)(2); R.C. 2151.03(A)(3); dependent child; R.C. 2151.04(C); clear and convincing evidence; temporary custody; preponderance of the evidence; body-camera footage; unfairly prejudicial. Where the juvenile court's finding that a child should be adjudicated neglected and dependent was supported by clear and convincing evidence and the court's order of temporary custody of the child to the agency was supported by a preponderance of the evidence, the trial court did not abuse its discretion when it issued the adjudication and dispositions orders. Further, the juvenile court's introduction of body-camera footage at the adjudicatory hearing was not unfairly prejudicial to the Mother.
