Syllabus

The juvenile court's decision adjudicating appellant's daughter as a dependent child under R.C. 2151.04(C) was supported by the requisite clear and convincing evidence necessary to support such a decision, where the child would have effectively been rendered homeless had appellee, a local children's services agency, not stepped in and filed its complaint for dependency given the lack of any approved home in which the child could reside.
