In Re: Mississippi Rules of Evidence Disposition: The Motion to Amend Rules 502, 803(6)-(8), 803(10), 803(16), 804(b)(3)(B), and 902(12)-(13) of the Mississippi Rules of Evidence, filed by the Supreme Court of Mississippi's Advisory Committee on Rules is granted as set forth in Exhibit A. The amendments shall be effective on July 1, 2020. Agree: Randolph, C.J., Coleman, Maxwell, Beam, Chamberlin, Ishee and Griffis, JJ. Agree in Part: Kitchens and King, P.JJ. Order entered on 6/18/20.
