Juvenile court abused its discretion in finding the Cuyahoga County Office of Child Support Services (\OCSS\) guilty of criminal contempt where there was no evidence that OCSS intentionally violated the court's order and the juvenile court had other options to cure the alleged violation without resorting to criminal contempt.
