Syllabus

<p>HABEAS CORPUS — Failure to File Briefs — Discharge of Writ. When a party obtains a writ of habeas corpus, and time is granted for filing briefs, and the petitioner allows such time to expire, and fails to file the briefs, and' maltes no further appearance in the cause, the writ of habeas corpus will be discharged and petitioner wlli be remanded to the custody of the officer who had him in custody upon the issuance of the writ.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
