The Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, Juvenile Branch, did not err in granting temporary custody to Franklin County Children Services. Clear and convincing evidence supported the finding that temporary custody was necessary under the circumstances. Judgment affirmed.
