Syllabus
The trial court's decision finding appellant guilty of obstructing official business is not against the manifest weight of the evidence where there is ample credible evidence in the record that appellant, without privilege to do so, purposefully hampered law enforcement's duties and made the performance of those duties more difficult. The State presented sufficient evidence that appellant created a risk of physical harm to any person, thereby elevating appellant's offense to a fifth-degree felony, where it presented evidence that, if believed, established that appellant created a significant possibility of physical harm to himself and others.
