<p>Guardianship — Custody op Minor Children — Bight op Parent.</p> <p>1. Dnder the provisions of sec. 5774, the surviving parent, who is competent to transact his own business and not otherwise unsuitable, is entitled to the guardianship of his minor children.</p> <p>2. Reid, under the 'facts of this ease, that it appears the father is competent to transact his own business and that he is not otherwise unsuitable to have the guardianship of his minor children.</p> <p>3.
