Grand jury subpoena, exception to mootness doctrine, Crim.R. 17, R.C. 2939.12. Appellant's motion to quash a grand jury subpoena was properly declared to be moot because the subpoena had already been executed and the relief requested by appellant had been granted and implemented. Appellant could not meet both prongs of the test for an exception to the mootness doctrine.
