Syllabus

<p>Decedents' estates — Appointment of administrator — Bevocation of letters —Decree of court directing to whom register shall issue letters.</p> <p>Where the register of wills has issued letters of administration to one who was nominated by persons who were not the next of kin of the decedent, it is proper for the orphans’ court, on the petition of the next of kin, to revoke the letters granted, and direct the register to issue letters to the person nominated by the petitioner.</p>
