Syllabus
The petitioners appealed from a Superior Court judgment denying their appeal and affirming an order of the probate court admitting the \Last Will and Testament of Barbara J. Cardiff\ in favor of the respondents. On appeal, the petitioners argued that the trial justice erred in affirming the order of the probate court because the will did not meet the necessary formalities of G.L. 1956 § 33-5-5. The Supreme Court held that the trial justice did not err in affirming the order of the probate court because the will met the requirements set forth in § 33 5 5. Accordingly, the Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the Superior Court.
