<p>Estate of Decedent—Special Administrator—Personal Indebtedness — Accounting. — Under sections 1415 and 1417 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the special administrator of the estate of a deceased person, who is individually indebted to the deceased, must charge himself in his account as special administrator with the amount of his indebtedness.</p>
