Stat. 6038 (Lan. 9578) nr not Divorced.</p> <p>A widoW who had separated from her husband and had continued to live apart from him for some years before his death but who was never divorced from him is, nevertheless, entitled to her year’s support and the articles of personal property mentioned in Rev.
