Syllabus
The juvenile court did not err by granting Appellee permanent custody of the minor child. The court's finding that granting permanent custody to Appellee is in the child's best interest and its decision to grant permanent custody are neither contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence nor an abuse of the court's discretion. Judgment affirmed.
