Syllabus

The trial court's decision to terminate appellants' parental rights was supported by the manifest weight of the evidence. Clear and convincing evidence supported the trial court's findings that the children cannot or should not be placed with either parent in a reasonable time and that awarding permanent custody to the children services agency was in the children's best interest. The trial court erred in admitting certain exhibits, but the error was harmless because the information was cumulative.
