Syllabus

Mother appeals contempt order with purge condition requiring Mother to comply with the parties' shared parenting plan. No abuse of discretion in finding Mother in contempt. Court ordered that Father would enjoy spring break with daughter. Mother manipulated daughter, interfered at custody transfer, did not encourage daughter to go with Father. Purge condition ordering Mother to comply with shared parenting plan was void because it was a re-affirmance of court's existing order. Future alleged violations of shared parenting plan required separate contempt motion, notice, hearing, and determination.
